Healthy Max fills in value chain of Thai Public Health System by contributing through engaging and working as good pharmacy professional.
Healthy Max establish new branch with raised standard in SiPH – Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital. The aim is to support SiPH Vision and Mission.

“Health Support House Co., Ltd. Started the business in 1996 by established the first Pharmacy Store to serve health concerned customers and elderly with variety of health products i.e. Food supplement,  Medical Devices, Skin Care, and innovative products., etc. Now we are moving one big step further by establishing new 9^th Healthy Max Store in Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital.

In the past, we have not publicized the mission we have undertaken over 20 years, we are committed to improving the Community Pharmacy process system to improve Thailand public health system. This is the first time that Healthy Max Store opened in hospital medical school, Mahidol University.

Siriraj hospital plays a vital role to support and take care of the health of people throughout the country. Many patients traveled from the remote areas. Siriraj hospital have to spend a lot of money to serve many poor chronic patients with high cost and consume a big budget investment.

Healthy Max is committed to contributed to support Siriraj Vision and Mission by donating all profit after deducting expenses from Healthy Max Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Branch to Siriraj Hospital.

Healthy Max starts the project by donate some amount of money to Siriraj Hospital today.

In addition to offering safe and quality health care products, Healthy Max also plans to search for new innovative products both from domestic and overseas suppliers.

Healthy Max continues to focus on working under the core values; Ethic Focus, Continuous Development, Values Delivery, Team Integration. We emphasize to improve our work by committing and following to royal speech and philosophy of the Thai King Rama IX.

By partnering with medical professions, partner agencies, and suppliers, Healthy Max cooperates to deliver quality service to the community and health system.

Healthy Max, SiPH branch, opened on the 3th floor of zone A. The 200 sq.m. area are divided into 2 zones, Self-Care Device and Health & Skin Science zones.

In Self-Care Device zone, Healthy Max provides innovative equipments including senior care products to meet customer needs. This zone will also occupied by innovative products from research institutes.

In Health & Skin Science zone, Healthy Max provides cosmetics and variety and wide range of quality skin care products including the innovative products from Faculty of Pharmacy, Mahidol University.

Healthy Max is very proud to contribute to Thai health system by delivering the services available at all Healthy Max Chain Stores in Bumrungrad Hospital, Rama 9 Hospitals, Golden Jubilee Medical Center, Paradise Park Shopping  Center, and the newest branch in Siriraj Piyamaharajkarun Hospital (SiPH). The aim is to provide high quality professional pharmacy care and education to patients and community regarding to improve people quality of life.

Pharmacists in Healthy Max team focus on the professional context collaborate with medical professionals and try to complete health support system.

Healthy Max is focusing on quality and tries to deliver good standard services. Healthy Max also set goal to improve its processes and services by implementing the concept of quality criteria such as HA, JCI, TQA to ensure the quality services delivered and maximize benefits to patients and customers.

We did not see our pharmacy roles only dispensing medicines/drugs in pharmacy store or pharmacy department in hospitals but we foresee that pharmacist is essential part in health care system. No single health profession can deliver best service with good collaboration. In order to deliver better quality collaboration in health care system, Healthy Max established “Accredited Pharmacy Standards” and “Good Pharmacy Practices, GPP” in every Healthy Max Stores.

Healthy Max got the first store accredited for Pharmacy Standards  in 2002. Healthy Max also has the experiences in collaboration with medical professions in hospitals for more than 20 years.

After 20 years of services, Healthy Max has been focusing on quality improvement to be one of the most trustworthy service stations. These quality standards and guidelines are tools that Healthy Max uses to improve service quality and to be aligned with Thai government policy of Thailand 4.0.

Healthy Max Pharmacists and staff have the same goal to support our customers and all health conscious people to have healthy living through a full complement of counseling.
